ATVs and Snowmachines
Q: Has anyone entered this market? Here in Alaska there are more ATV's and snowmachines than cars it seems....and these guys spend some money on them. My dental hygenist's husband owns a Polaris dealership and asked today if I do any ATVs or sleds (snowmachines). I don't see why I couldn't...although some of these machines have seem nasty curves.
Anyone?
A: I've done some ATV fenders. Even though they were plastic, it kept them from getting scratched.
A: I haven't done any ppf on them, but I have installed decals. The fenders and hoods of some of these machines have that rough texture to them. I know from experience that the decals don't seem to stick to that so well. If you have alot of snow, and these people ride them rough (almost putting the sled on it's side when turning a corner), I would be worried about warranty work.
If it has a smooth surface and if properly cleaned I can't see why it would't stick.
A: For some reason we don't see too many of these out here...can't figure out why.
