these are the best buffing pads around. their "center tee" system is what i use and it's awesome. i don't do details, i do alot of the final sanding for my dads paint shop and this is what i use to buff with. the black and white foam pads are what i use for the zaino Z-5. we have a dealer that comes around and i get them from him. so i don't know about ordering directly from this site. but you can at least get the info.

Florida tool sells the system and eastwood also.TTS have you heard of 3ms new way of buffing and wet sanding, they water sand with 3000 grit with air orbiter then buff with black 3m foam pad and there new compound called TRI-something pretty expensive but very fast and supper slick. The body shop beside me ,the owner and me are buddys and he's dogging me to start doing this so time is a coming ,will post how quality and time is when Im done.Right now to busy to experiment with such a drastic change change but figure this and then Zaino could be a super WOW finish
reddot
try the super-maxi's with wings.

we use Presta. my dad got this new stuff in recently, i haven't tried it yet. but he says it better than presta. we use a palm held orbital sander with 1500 dry, then go back over it with 2000. then hit it wet with 4000. but we also lay down about 7-8 coats of clear. i do about 13-15 coats of clear when i paint harleys.
most body shops that are using the 3000 wet are just getting out the dust nibs. they're not actually doing anything with making the finish flatter.
this is what i use. this is a snap on, but i've tried a couple of the others out there, and they're all about the same and cost about the same.

I use presta also ,the ultra in a bucket with a small paint brush to put on works sweet also the 1500 and 2000 are great to work with because of the xtra oil and light swirling
shop
we use all four steps of the presta. this new stuff my dad has is just a one bottle system. you use the same bottle, just change pads. i don't know about it, sounds like it wouldn't work, but dad says it works.

There is a lot of people who use one product and let the pad do the work,I make my employees use 2000 and blue foam if more aggressive yellow pad then white wool ect this way they dont have to be trained in nothing more than the basics.I do all specialty cars and special circumstances $$$$$ plus they ever leave basic is all they take to next employee
