Well not sure if anyone else has done these, but they will start showing up everywhere. I did one today all the way around, and let me say, I have never seen the seals come out so easy (I hardly ever take them out of cars). Its as simple as pulling back the panel a tad, and just pulling out the seal, it is not snapped or crimped on, it is all rubber. And the glass is very short.. I shrunk it a little, you might not have to. The back glass is a little harder because of the brake light (not really, it just gets in the way). I wet shrunk the bottom and layed it, then shrunk the top (wasnt going to try and melt the light on the outside).
