I don't know that anyone sells a GOOD fade tint. They all seems to break down pretty quickly. Protect Gard had a bunch of fade films at the SEMA show this year.

see the pattern mushroomhead? Noone offers a warranty. That means bad film. If you choose to use, it'll be on your shoulders to back it. I tried it one time and it was brittle, thats all i needed of it.

I over price the crap out of it sometimes just to see if someone will bite it but other wise i tell them its junk and sell them on something else. Id say only about 1 of 10 walk on me if they call for fade.

I deal with Llumar, (CP films)...they're a big wheel in the industry , If they don't carry it by now...that tells me a lot about longevity of fade film, no thanks .

We tell inquiring customers that it's a novelty item, not a professional grade film.

We carry it but like FX we up charge alot for it and give no warranty. I will try as hard as I can to talk the customer out of it and into a better film but they usually have there mind set on the :gay fadar film and have no problem paying 75-100 more for it.

We offer it because so many people will pay extra for it. We get an additional $25 for a 2-door & $50 extra for a 4-door. We do the same as HarveyD & tell customer it's a novelty film with no warranty.
We get ours from Soltek @ 1-888-558-4680 :booga

leo sells it! :rollin from dartsfilmz! various colours to black, haven't used it,but got a mixed response when i showed the samples to people? not to keen on it myself plus it's over the legal limit! i don't offer any warranty and i double the price for installing the tint as i dont want to install any kind of mirror tint as it shows dirt, dust more than my standard tint! so far everybody has went for my johnson film as oposed to the fade type! :thumb

Name: yogi2187
Comments: just started tinting i have tried 4 different faders and they all SUCK but if people want it i charge 450- 500 a job and they still want it itell them it sucks and no warrantee PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE!
