Hello guys,

I am opening a shop by next month and need some help in the tinting industry.

Now between llumar and suntek which is better quality and price?
now what are the tints that you recommend getting. like the levels?
now since I am just starting I don't have money to pay someone hourly to install them, but I heard that most shops around they do commision base on a tint table? is there such thing?

Llumar is a bit better than Suntek but Suntek is a bit cheaper.
I think the ratio quality/price of Suntek is good !

Call the manufacturer of both products mentioned and have them send reps out to discuss all the questions you might have.

I had one of my Dallas Dealer groups take a roll of film from each company plus the Solar Plate I use and let me tell you there is a huge difference in the color, clarity, and the price. Take your time to do a installed glass test next to factory glass of several brands. You will be surprised what you find out and what you see from looking in and out of the glass. I had the two you mentioned and also 3M and my Solar plate plus another and the end results that were judged by a large group of people were amazing. Good luck. Let me know what you see.
