I dont know what you would call this stuff its used in the uk on rear buss windows for advertising I know they used to do one for tinting of rear lights but im sure they banned it.
its basicly a viynal sheet that has been perfertated and can ether be printed on or sprayed it still alows you to see out. does any one know what its called or were I can get hold of some in the uk
