Grab it by the rear corners, pull SLIGHTLY down, and then towards the rear of the car. Zero tools needed. :beer

Hey guys thanks again, I ended up pushing the little metal clip in and pulling outwards towards me (towards the front of the car) and it slid right out, to put it back in I pressed those tabs in and BINGO. pretty easy car, I hate pulling panels on cars especially brand new ones, so I tucked all the tint. Car was very easy but DAMM are those seals tight on the front driver and passenger windows

I popped the door panels off the 2010 I did yesterday. The cover on the armrest pops off Pass front and both rear doors, drivers door switch panel pops up. Two torx behind the covers and some along the bottom.
