I am very new to this forum and looked though topics already covered. There doesn't seem to be an answer to this question.

Can anybody thats used Llumar film (or using it) let me know what its like? Good points and bad points please.

Been using it on and off for over 20 years, been through many Variations and versions , they got a good line up now, scratch coat is good, colours look nice, the only thing that a nnoys me is the liner is on the inside, but you get used to it, overall one of the best manufactures out there, the atc range is very good,

I've tried many a film and I find that Llumar's ATC range is one of the best. Absolutely love the stuff, very forgiving unlike thinner films - put a small crease in it and you can heat it out and you'd never know it was there. Good finish on the car and easy to work with; dry shrinking is a doddle even on the hardest rear screens.

Give the ATC range a try and you won't look back. Like Matty said, just remember the liner is on the inside rather than the outside before you start shrinking a hard rear screen

I won't use anything else.

I agree with the above about Llumar with 1 exception, I personally like spending the little bit extra for the ATR line

Ive been brought up with Llumar film in a way , never had any faults and love their range, Im currently looking what choice other companies have, but never been let down by Llumar film quality.

I could be wrong but i think Llumar is the only ones who have the rolls of film rolled that way if that makes sense, is a pain but you get used to it....

I sometime use the small magnets you can get to help

All i now use is ATC very good film to work with and looks great installed

...and again, as they all say above..the best film by a long way and ive treid them all. I never liked the linner being reversed but i find it works better on some installs and even prefer it now. Great film

Whats peoples views on the at series?

Bit too thin, creases a bit too easy, hard to do something like an audi a8 , with the inner gaskets in place, not enough film thickness to push the product into the edges properly, but that range has its uses, basic installs like corsas and saxos ect..

Did try a sample of the AT series and i think thats why i was put off, like how it looked when installed, but it overshrank with the smallest amount of heat and felt very thin like said.

Il have to try some atc then, hope im impressed
