The lil' chizzler is great for cleaning areas that you can't use a razor blade for and also for pressing out air from around small contamination spots.

I love the "Lil' CHIZLER" I use it for a variety of things. Window tinting it's a must have in my book. Clear bra it's great for cleaning thoes hard to reach places. At home in the kitchen...I always have one.

for me

I only use it for pressing out one of those 'mild post heat shrink creases' that will press out with that extra pressure it provides.

It can scratch de tint if you get carried away so put a coat on it duck.gif

thats why i try only to use it for those small contamination spots, that once chizzled, aren't noticable... but i try to only do these when they're on the edge. that way if i scratch... no one can see it smile22.gif

I actually don't own a lil'chizzler, but i am certainly going to pick one up soon.

Can you explain the technique you use to press out air from small contamination spots?

I usually use it to get out small pinches on the sides. I also seal edges and corners carefully with it.

Well actually, per the previous posts it sounds like it can be a tricky tool since it can scratch the film so easy. I've never used one so thats all I can go on which is why I was looking for some USEFULL tips about it....And maybe the technique, in particular regarding the contamination spots. Is the tool used to just press the film down closer to a contamination spot or do you actually push that air out to the nearest edge?

Understand what I'm looking for now microedge?

Bingo! Here too. Sometimes used here on tiny rear-door quarter windows to force the film under the gaskets... like Acuras.

Are they all pink? and is the Patent still pending?

Got a few, but they do truly eat film.
