I've done similar, but just propping the mirror up so I could see, a magnet mounted one is a great idea!

hmm yea i have thought of doing this also but didnt know what to use to hold it. the suction cup idea sounds the best to me. that way if the custy sees it its no big deal.

maybe just do a wet check on the lower half of the backglass. Then use a bulldozer to apply and make 2 or 3 passes....should be ok.

I've always wanted to attach a mirror to one of these things that the dent guys use. I'm not sure what its called or how much they are.

Found this link on the paint protection forum. This is the piece i speak of. Kinda pricey. |
