98 XK8 conv.

We just did one and the locks broke where he can lock it at the dr door but pass door doesn't lock from the dr.side..also when you put the conv top down the windows roll down...any tips??? The rear rollups are a real pain.

We had to take out a couple of fuses and reset the alarm remote,but everything worked out except the time it took to fix it..I don't want to do another one till we find out how to get the top down without the rear quaters rolling down automatically.looks easy but notttt
