Just wondering how many of you shop owners or self employed owners do follow through with the warranty and send it to the manu. Are they helpful when you have a screw up. I am doing more now than I have ever done and making this a long battle of a job. I want to be fair to my customers but fair to me as well. Generally if something happens to the tint job I just eat the job and redo what failed, although I haven't seen that much of a problem yet. I mean all in all is it worth the hassle of filling out the cards and sending them in and then having the customer loose their copy and not having the info months or years down the road.
depending on the film manufact...some ...you dont have to mail anything in..that is the customers job....and i think that is the way it should be....
I hate having to redo work for someone elses work or even mine for that matter. But when I send in for my warranty credit I look at the credit as money in my pocket. It takes alittle time but money is money. I need all I can get.
For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
