I high balled a job and got the order for a job I don't want.
A job at a mental institution fitting up security film and fully reflective.

If I go quiet for a few days, I've been mugged and knifed with my own tools and in hospital.
One crazy was bashing the be jesus so hard out of the door glass whilst I was measuring it, I'd thought I was going to wear it. How it never smashed was just unbelievable. And there seems to be no supervision except for a couple of female whimps who wouldn't be able to fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

I had to do a place like this, and was told by the cust. to forget what I saw. I simply replied to him "How?" This sh#* was like the basement in Silence of the Lambs. I put security film on every piece of glass; mirrors, doors, tempered, Georgian Wire, everything, and both sides too. Turns out they had a guy in there with an appetite for glass. I figure it would have been easier to let the guy eat some wired glass and sh#* his intestines out till he was no longer a problem.

Forget what you saw? Easy for them to say adn!

I'll never forget the look of the guy on the other side of the glass. He was really a savage animal unfortunately.

I must admit to being a bit spooked and couldn't wait to get outa there.

Having first to fight off a looney who had my hose and wouldn't let go of it, then a warning from a nurse to "watch another because he can become quite violent" and a shite fight at meal time between a couple of old woman slapping and cussing, freakies wanting to help OMG..... others in vegetable states, many talking to ghosts, others that wouldn't stay put, some grabbing anything not tired down including the film...

Am I glad to be out of there.

When I went to take the photo, the staff went just as crazy as the inmates.
You can't see it but just around the corner one idiot got the whole sheet off and then duely signatured his effort in the remaining adhesive. A few choice words and a happy smiley face.

You just don't know if you are going to get it with your back turned against these idiots especially when doing the lower panes.

One lot of rooms I had to install 7 thou clear security over the mirrors...now that's friggin scarey.
