peugeot 307

Just done a peugeot 307 3 door today was not to bad after i done the stupid 1/4 lights in the front doors and one side seal seemed to be harder to slide than other side but it went in back window 10 mins

What is the deal with the door trims on these, can they be removed without too much hassle?? Or can you peel them back??..............
