Front Window Tint

I notice on many cars the front window has little spots around the outside of the window. If one is to have the front window or rear window tinted is there any way in insuring the film makes a good contact over the black spots so as to avoid bubbles and also look like it is original?

Can't do! The black matrix border holds airspace and once film is applied over that area, you lock it in.
We are all stuck with it unfortunately.
