2001 93 Two-Door

Judging from past Saab models, I wasn't sure what to expect on this one. Figures that I was totally over-scheduled when this one came in and the customer was waiting for it.

Overall, this is a very simple car. Every window had to be shrunk... the side glass I wet shrunk, and the back was done dry. The back window was curved, all the way from the center of the glass, but the amount of curve was minimal enough that it was a simple shrink job.

The door panel gaskets on this car pop right out without the removal of the panels, making installation of the roll-downs very simple.
