[*]239268[/*] If the insurance companies you are looking at are taking that long and they don't have your business yet imagine how long it would take if you had to file a claim
Concider contacting your local chamber or builders exchange as they will group you with their other members generally getting you cheaper lia and workmens comp ins. It's important to find a group with a good rating however.

Old topic, but my $1,000,000 policy with State Farm is only $325 a year. It covers anything I touch/drive/work on.
dont worry about old tinter tintsalot hes old and grumpy and has nothing else better to do but talk smack. If you need to work on yer grammer and punctuation then he needs to work on his edicate.
QUOTE (VO|TRON @ Jun 2 2005, 01:53 PM) he needs to work on his edicate. actually it's spelled etiquette
i just spelled it like that to see if anyone was paying attention, i knew how to spell it. lol
If your shop (or anyone in your shop) EVER does, or has done !llegal work, an umbrella policy would be a wise investment. For instance, if a customer was in a serious wreck in thier blacked out ride, and the insurance company denied the claim, guess who is first in line for a LARGE lawsuit. The installer, the shop, & the film vendors (who have thier azzes covered)
Flat glass wouldn't lead to many lawsuits, except for liability of damages. I don't know of any disclaimer that could legally force a customer to waive thier right to sue for damages. Since I am just starting out of my garage then I should still look into insurance for the business? I thought home owners was good enough. Also, your saying that there is no invoice disclaimer that they have to initial/sign before the job is performed that would waive all liability to the shop?
Answer Z ?
