(Tinitman @ Dec 31 2004, 07:21 AM) Looks like I need to start working on heading your way for a vacation just like we talked about last year [*]239665[/*] You bet T man. I've got everything ready....the BBQ on the deck, the Fosters in the fridge and your squeegee. March is really nice (F1 Grand Prix time) fantastic weather then, not so bloody hot. Devil
Dang Metint that looks like my typical hotel room (the 1st pic).
Met,
I have had bedrooms just like that I've had to machete my way through to get to the glass. One of my pet hates. Love the nicer view of the autumn changing colours. Beautiful spot. Drive the Blue Ridge Parkway from Meadows of Dan to Roanoke (a good half day round trip excursion from Martinsville) and that picture represents the same countryside. My house sits on the side of a hill similar to those pictures, but you wouldn't know it because all the trees are intact. They cleared enough to plop the house down and left the rest. The hill is located in town, though. Gives the impression we live in the hills yet just a short drive and you're in town. It is stunning around these parts Summer and Fall.
Speaking of the Blue Ridge Mountains

Time to clean this thread up...

Devil [*]239844[/*] This is my cave... in the fall as the colors were coming around in the leaves. The second is looking down my drive after blowing half the driveway clear. We have to do this at least three times to see where the drive ends and the yard begins. House in the background is one neighbor of thre of us on this side of the street.
man that's alot of leave's !
looks like a nice place to live as well as hideout.
Met,
That's look fabulous but those leaves....... I remember back in 75, I holidayed a little while with friends in Baltimore and they took me down to washington for the day and I can recall that magnificent tree lined road (elms possibly?) and wondered what it would be like in autumn. Are you concerned about bushfires and is that your every day abode? Devil
This was one of the nicer views this last year. Hard to so from the picture, but you can see the Monashee mt range and all the way to the US boarder. This is looking towards the spokane area in the states.
This is my get-a-way cave in the mts... Haven't filmed it yet as they are old wood framed windows... Going to replace the windows soon and film them with Sunscape select DG - 45 8mil and see how it holds up against bears trying to get in....
on a cold winter day...
Nice.
Here's the view from a house I tinted last summer. That's Liberty Lake. I live on the other side of it.
Thanks guys...You just ruined any impact I might have of pics from the flatlands.
man, those pics where awesome.
Beautiful A and A....what a world.
Bears would break in? No shiot? Fair dinkum? Devil (Devil with bad attitude @ Jan 2 2005, 07:12 PM) Met, That's look fabulous but those leaves....... Are you concerned about bushfires and is that your every day abode? Devil [*]240917[/*] Minor worry since the house was built in 77...
