minimizing down time

Full Version: minimizing down time
so you have a car scheduled at 9am ,11, 1 and 2 , about 8:30 your 9am calls and cancels, so now you have 2 hours to k1ll, get on the phone and call you other appointments and tell them you had a cancelation ,would they like to come in earlier, if you can fill the earlier slot there is a good chance through out the day you can fill one of the later slots maxamizing your profit for the day
I'd rather just screw around for with the extra time.
that's not called 'downtime'....that's called 'TD time'

Had to get in some down time since I hadnt posted in a while...Still alive ..just hard to fight the family to get on the computer...My Son just turned 13 and forget getting on the computer until his bed time
