O5 STS

Anyone hear about the 05 Cadillac STS having pressure sensitive windows? What is it and how would it be tinted

pressure sensitive never heard of it. I wouldent push too hard with my sqeege might go thru

I think what they mean by pressure sensitive is that if you roll the window up and your finger or something is in the way...it will stop itself from smashing said object. Not positive though

I have no clue what it could mean but since this got put into the makes & models board it will take awhile to find out. I called every Cadillac dealer in Ohio and no one has ever heard of it either, so I'll take it as BS and move on.

i just tinted one the other day, no problems. i think TNF is right--i think it's when the windows go up and hit something (like your kids head hanging out the window) it will automatically come back down.

but this is nothing new, alot of cars have this option.

Is there an option to turn it off, cause some days that's exactly what I feel like doing to my own
