Need Tinter in Texas

I need a good tinter in the Dallas Texas area. 5 day work week 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week. Shop is an Alta Mere shop in Plano - call 972-985-4625.

Flat or auto?

Yea I've noticed .... and other then putting a note on this site I'm not sure what else to do to find someone. Last summer I had several applicants to choose from and this summer only one. He turned out to be more of a car destroyer than a tinter. I've never seen anyone tear up a car door panel so much trying to get film on.

We are busy and getting more so each day. Auto tinting mainly although we do a little flatglass. My need is for a 12 volt person and auto tinter.

I'm sure all shops pay different hourly, salaries, percentages. Experience is a big contributor to the pay. Everything from $400 to $700 per week.

700 a week is just for tinting right?then how mutch mor for alarms amps ext?

Over hear in Maryland where getting a tho to fiteen a week is this the same acrost the bord im payed at 40% interested to know

sorry did ask two questios there ,Im makeing 40% which at my shop 6 days a week will aver. 1200 to 1800 a week never talked to outher tinters before I gess i thought the hotter states would make more money. thaks for reply
