I don't quite get the part of the video where you spray the film, then flip it over and apply. Are you spraying the adhesive side, then flipping it? Why not just spray the windowpane itself and apply directly?

Nice work on the site though.

Ah. See, I was pulling the liner off first then applying to window. Only, I did it on a flat surface rather than mounted up to the window.
