Screw behind the door handle. Trim piece on the armrest pops off to reveal 2 more screws and then the panel pops right off. Back window is cake. thumb.gif TG35

Did you take the rear package tray out or do you slide it behind the 3rd brake light?

or do you cut it out cause I don't see it being very easy to remove the rear package tray. It looks complicated!!

You are correct sir. You have to pull out the whole rear seat and the two side panels next to the window. Then you can take out the tray. Make sure to disconnect the brake light before trying to pull it out. I have an 06 G35 Sedan and I've pulled it out a few times.
