viper 550 esp

We need some help. A customer brought in his 95 Suburban with this viper 550 esp installed. When we dropped down one of the panels some of the wires fell out and we have no idea where to connect them back up. The only thing that appears to not be working are the remote lock/unlock options. I have called tons of people and no one will help without wanting to charge an arm and a leg. All we need is the wiring diagram to hook this thing back up so the customer can take his truck back home.

i dont use viper but try using the search section up top to find a post or thread

Door locks should be above the gas pedal. Lt. blue for lock and white for unlock. Door lock wires from Viper should be blue and green. Blue is lock and green is unlock.

The diagram for the alarm is on the back of the viper alarm brain (usually)

The wiring for a 95 Suburban should be well known by anyone with any alarm experience

how did the wires just fall out, you sure they were not already disconected

It's in valet mode.

If it was in valet mode, nothing but the locks would work. He said everything works BUT the locks.

Oops my bad. That should be an easy one. Find the brain and check the harness for locks. That truck should have a door lock relay pack above the gas pedal.
