Now I'm lost w/the tint laws!!Washington!!Some say 20sumthing % all around!!35% all around!!IWFA says 35% and ANY on the back half!!help!! Powerints,anybody whats law here?thanx!!

washington is 35% all around and washington dc. is 70% and 50% wasnt sure which one you wanted, thats the way i took it off the iwfa site.
