JVC Head unit

got a jvc k210 i think it is for my work truck and threw away the manual and now I cant figure out how the hell to set the clock. Never had this problem before as most of them are pretty simple to figure out but this one I am having probs with. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hold down the select button. The rest is easy.
