Brake Light suck But use a Bull dozer and NP
1/4 Window Sucks Just like a New 4dr accord. With the extra big rubber in the back half of the window.
Couple of screws and it comes right out but dam wished these designers would find a tinter and get some advice LOL

Not yet, but I have seen the Lincoln Zephyr... nice AARP candidate and I'd have one if the copmpany would dish out the price.

Fusion and Milan are sisters to the Zephyr... all three share the same glass in their back doors and the Fusion/Milan share windshield, front door and bacl glass.

I 1st heard about it months ago when ford announced that next year the fusion was going to replace the taurus in NASCAR.
MidcoastMW
yes, the fusion replaces the Tauras all together.

IMO, its a tight car. Ive seen one on the road so far, but have seen many ad's and such. Clean looking car. I really like it. Almost looking into getting one. Id bag it with some dubz, and of course some tint. Makes a fine ride if you ask me.

As far as the Zepher...pfffft..... LS is where its at.
BRITEworks
I have had that asked to me about 5 times now.. is that a cadi evileye.gif

Did an 06' Fusion yesterday , cake ! Front doors have 3 torx head screws and one 6-7 mm hex in door pull cup . B/g ezy one piece with sanded dots , explained to customer about pulling rear quarters for a cleaner job but opted to leave em' , still came out clean though . I love the rear brake light , simple to r& r .

I HATE THIS CAR!!!

Dot matrix on the rear window

The quarter glass SUCKS with that stupid 3" black rubber (cant understand why they dont put that black ceramic edge so that you cant see the rubber from the outside cheap ford sh1t box)

and I cant get that third light out without removing the rear deck

Please tell me how

two ways to remove....from inside you can get to the sides of the light cover and use your door pnl remover tool....or go inside the trunk and you can look up see the connector and the tabs holding it to the reardeck....just push them up and they will release...
Al-tint
Did one today 06.

From the trunk remove the 3rd brake bulb and push up on the two pins. Brake light pops right out on the inside. Back window vinyl's nice. Pull panels and the back quarters come out like most normal cars. Top seals are very tight.

Easy car. smile22.gif

Pull back the door panel and remove the door seals, No Need to remove the whole panel .

Gravy car compared to the taurus .
Auto Protectors
I did one today. For those that like to take out side windows as I do, this is a sweet car. One T20 at the top of the pillar and an 8ml on the column. The column pulls out easily to the inside. Pull like a madman and the quarter is out. It is easy to reinstall if the back of the outer trim is lifted slightly. Side glass is clamped in by two 10mls and out she comes.

brake light is easy to remove from inside the trunk. Easy shrink.

I would take this car over most. orngbiggrin.gif

I used an "e-z reach" today to tint the whole quarter glass without removing it. after spraying with slip solution I took the easy reach and squgeed and then with a little finese was able to slide the film right behind the gasket. after the second try I got it perfectly beer.gif

yes my car... back glass is a cake walk.... 3rd brakelight pops right out..

simple car, easy to remove thirdbrake...plenty of room to over cut the side rollups to avoid light gaps thumb.gif I never take out glass and the rubber around the rear 1/4 windows was a pain to get the film in so i just cut along the gasket and tinted it dunno.gif looked fine

i wedged a bunch of panel tools in the quarters right when i pulled it in. once i got to the them for install the gasket was loose enough to slide the tint up behind.

I don't bother taking them out anymore. The way the rubber is the very edge kind of has a lip which touches the glass, so once you cut out 1/8" angle the film will slide right in. Just take a bone and push it around a couple times, then push it and spray up there really good to clean it, then slide the film in. I use a platinum easy reach to squeegee it out beer.gif
Tintskillz
No need to cut anything. The film will slide in. Just practice beer.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
