Types of clients you won't quote on?

For me I will never ever spend time quoting hairdresser's windows.

I find they are the only businesses that muck you around and then never get it done anyway. Typically fly-by-nighters, young with no money.

Well, funny you should mention hairdressers. I have one right now with my bid and she is the pickiest, most "I can't make a decision ), person I have ever dealt with... been working with her for 3 weeks now. It's like just pick a color and let's get on with it, or let someone else do it. It is strange tho that sometime the most unlikely places will call and you will think "there's no way these guys are gonna spend this kind of money" and those are the ones who don't even blink when you tell them the price and go ahead and do it.
