Alarm working backwards

Blower replaced - Now alarm is working backwards. It arms when you hit disarm button on fob, so alarm goes off while driving. put in valet mode ok. I think the module has lost its brains , or somehow when auto shop installed new blower , maybe they reversed wiring??could the blower circuit being reversed cause this probelm, or do you think the module has lost its brains. Saw a procedure addressing a similar issue with a volvo. lock doors - disco battery - reconnect battery - unlock door with keys. Any suggestions?

I don't do alarms but help my friend install them once in a while and it sounds like a problem with a relay or something, some cars require negative pulses.
