We had a dealer bring us an escalade to remove the K 40 to be re-installed into their new prius (what???)
The same guy that did the remove, did the install... I helped him mount hte front and rear sensors, ran the wires inside... he mounted the LED's and the knob etc.... i found him a source for 12V (at the cig. lighter DUH lol)
after a day of him trying to troubleshoot this thing (well, it made noise before) he finally quit and went to work for a local LARGE chain company that offers the BEST of everyhting you BUY....
i finally went over to look at it. he hooked the friggin' thing up backwards.
new knob 160.00 new piezo 3.00 install time about an hour (more) finding out the customer wants the dash replaced because the dealer told us where to mount the knob and LED'S and it's not where the cust. wanted.....
