The client had to supply a scissor lift.
Makes a very difficult job with a pipe bar in front of the glass so much easier.
The film was Madico's light NG 50G which turned out to be a good match for the faded existing.

Full Version: No ladders for me
The window film above the doors needed replacing because the old signwriting from a previous tenant had shade etched its name into the film.

Tinting from a ladder sucks...no doubt about it.
Scaffolding, lifts like that, are the only way to go.
scaffolds or lifts are always wonderful!
My guys much prefer lifts (and they're faster and safer off a lift). As long as I can halfway justify the cost I'll always bring in a scissor lift rather than futz with ladders or even small scaffolding.
Shop must be in a nice area. That's a BMW 5 series and Audi (A8?) parked right by.
gotta love those lifts
