What's the easiest way to remove window gasket. Too tight to tuck! Do you have to pull door panel or will it just pop out?

I tuck the window seals down on these all the time I just push out gently on the door glass whileI push down on the seal with a black and white squeegee, just make sure you pull the seals back up before closeing the door

i just roll down the window..and pop the top part of the door panel off on those...

but i have done it like MR. P also

Thx guys, it just seems real tight but I'll give it a try!
