Devil with bad attitude
Bloody customers who either don't front up when bookings are made or someone's cat has died that means they have to last minute cancel.
Or they are double, triple booked just to get in before Xmas and they can't remember with whom.
God I h@te this last week of the year...the bastards do it every year. linedrink.gif

whats even better is get the credit card # and charge it when they make the appointment.

then they want to cancel and get there money back , and you tell them the charge is for shop time and if they didnt want to use the time then they shouldnt have booked that specific time

only charge them for shop time that was held, and if you really want to pizzle off a potential customer, then fight it with the credit card company.

most people will reschedule and keep it the next time and you just credit them for the other charge.

just depends on what you want your reputation to be.

With a Dr's Office, if you do not cancel 24 hours aheadd of time, they charge for the no-show, and will charge the no-show visit with the next visit.

like mentioned i think it's all about what you want your reputation to be like, i try and be cool..no worries, get it in when you can. then they seem more comfortable and will be sure to bring me the car when they're ready or tell a freind to get work done here because there feelin bad about blowin the appointment beer.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
