what is the vlt laws in hawaii. i have a customer who shipped his car there and wants to know if it is legal there.
The one for NC isn't comepletely correct.
Visor is AS-1 or 6", according to my inspection rules sent to me by state of NC. 
2dr/4dr cars-nothing below 29% vlt all around except f/ws as1 or 4"
trucks,vans,suv- d/p rollups nothing below 29% vlt and any window behind that , you can put any darkness. Aloha!
