Mail your clients "thank you" cards a few days after tinting their vehicle(s). Ask them to contact you with any questions they may have regarding their new investment. Always include a business card and any other pertinent marketing materials. As with any new advertising mediums, allow 90 days to test the waters.

I think for automotive this is especially true!!!! Just give them a couple of business cards, thank them for thier business and tell them you will see them when they buy the next one. Maybe for residential or commercial the Thank You card would be appropriate, but as for automotive grinning_and_saying_no.gif, I really don't think so. I mean does your mechanic send you a Thank You card, I can't think of one place that sends me a Thank You card. Now as far as Business to Business services that is a totally different story. You probably do need to do the service after the sale!

Just my 2 cents as TTS puts it sweat.gif

I agree with TTC We always follow up with a thank you letter with a description of what they may see during the drying process and cleaning instructions. For commercial and bigger res. jobs I will call them or stop by a few weeks after the job to make sure all is well. A happy customer may only bring you one or two customers or maybe none at all but an unhappy one will cost you many more in the long run. Don't have to worry about automotive work Flaugh.gif

I give the customer a warranty (if applicable) and always give them a list of things to look for & expect during the curing process, and 2 business cards, one for them & one for a friend. I feel that if your work is good & treat them w/ respect then they will send someone to you or come back themselves. A thank you card will only get trashed more than likely. If that customer comes back w/ a new car or any other type job, then I usually throw in a can of glass cleaner

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
