I have a 1550 obrit remote starter on my 2002 rav4 and last week it went crazy on me. I woke up at 2 am and look outside and there was my light flickening on my rav4. I had to go out and disconnect the black box from the remote starter. It was the only way to stop it. Before I unpugged the box i started the vechile up the doors lock and when i stopped they unlock. When i started the jeep the blue light stayed on but it is supposed to go off. When i push the remote starter nothing happens(i have 2 remotes)the same with the other remote . So i had to unplug the black back to stop all this madness like i said before..I can't lock my doors or do anything with the remote. If anyone can help me please help.!!!!!

To start with, I would remove all aftermarket controllers and put everything back to factory to make it work normal again. Check the warranty on your remote starter unit, or purchase a different one. They don't cost that much, and you get what you pay for. I have never heard of that brand.

I have had people come to me with similar issues with cheap controllers (like Bulldogs). I just return their system back to factory and sell them a high quality controller if they want one.

This unit is one of the main units supplied by LEBEAU autoglass Que, CANADA, it had a 2 year warranty on it but it has ended last year(lucky me). I tried to fine it on the web for ORBIT remot starters and can up with nothing. If anyone knows the company let me know. thanks.....

I have installed Ultrastarters for a couple of years, but never heard of that model. I haven't yet had one issue with any of Ultrastarter's units.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
