NEED TINT LAWS IN TEXAS ASAP

i'm doing a minivan with no tint on it, i know the front 2 have to be 35%, but how dark is allowed for the back windows on minivans, can i got 5% or just 15%? thanks

You can check laws here on TD with a search but I think you can put anything on the rear………… I’m pretty sure.

What i quoted was for SUV`s

The state of TEXAS has 2 laws though, one for cars and one for MPV`s

Cars are 35% on all doors and whatever darkness you want on the backglass ONLY

MPV`s are 35% on the front doors and whatever you want behind the driver on back.

Second, you are all quoting the 1987 law reagrding tint in Texas. The latest law was passed in 2003. It allows for 25% on side windows.

35% you may we able to get buy with 30%

This is true. Texas is a 25% net law with a 2-3% variance allowed. Good luck
We use an HP 30 by suntek and it meters from 24-26 usually
