It finally happened

Before I start go easy on me

I was driving down the road, minding my own business when I got stuck behind a funeral. There were a few police officers around but no big deal. I see this women cop eyeing me up but I don’t think twice about it. I drive maybe a ½ mile and I see lights in my rear view @#$%!.



She pulls me over ask for my license and says

“Do you know why I pulled you over?”

“No” I answer.

“Would you please roll your window up half way” and I see the TINT METER

BUSTED my front doors meter 5% or so and she tells me Im getting a ticket. I show a few PBA cards give some BS about it not being my car (it’s registered in my girl’s name) but she’s not hearing it.

Then I said “If I remove the tint right here will you let me go?”

She agreed I removed the tint and I got off

On a side note I got to talking to her and I showed her 70% thru 5% and she said that 35% on the sides and she wouldn’t have bothered to pull me over

I feel your pain. I hope it doesn't happen to me.

you tint windows. and you drive around with 5% in your car? oh man

I once had 20% on my windshield for a whole 6 hours. Then I left work and it came off 1 block down the road. Young and dumb. Now its 35 only.

Guy that I know told me one time before we met, that he haad bought a Camaro with cool dark tint on it.
He left Dallas to go to Vegas and back, on his way TO vegas, gets pulled over by the DPS (State Police)
The Trooper gives him 2 options, get a ticket, (more than $200 fine, or remove the tint.)
So my friend grabs a razor blade and peels the tint off the windows.
Now, the adhesive is still on the windows, and he can't see anything at all out the sides, but the trooper lets him go with no ticket.

thats funny, the only time I got stopped was for 35% on my windshield,
doors were 35% and they meterd at 27% so I argued with the cop told her the meter was wrong and I would see her in court she got so frustrated she forgot about the whole windshield and wrote me a ticket for visor strip being too low,
still had to pay 100$ because I wasn't going to strip the visor or the winshield

are you sure you're beavis and not butthead? lose the illegal 35 front windshield. it's not real safe and it's against the law.

Duh This was years ago now I actualy have 40% wrap on my work vehicle and yes if you saw a picture of me, yes I am Beavis
but what do I know

I had 20% on my windshield and got pulled over by the highway patrol and was actually able to convince him that I had a skin condition and he let me go without even a warning, but I do have to say after that incident I have kept all my vehicles legal.
