Huper Optik installer- OH, KY, WV?

Hey guys. Does anybody know where I can find a Huper Optik installer in OH, KY, or WV? I called Pro touch (who was recommended by The BMW Store) and asked them if they had Huper. The owner said I've been in the business for 10 years and have never heard of them, so they must not be that great. I then proceeded to kindly tell him that you don't see Ferrari dealers everywhere because they are exclusive in granting dealerships, just like Huper. The conversation actually went well because I think he was beginning to get interested once I started rattling off all the features and benefits of Huper Optik. I told Huper they should consider this installer because The BMW Store refers tons of business to them. Huper asked me the name and phone number of the shop and said they would call them.

My question to you is: Am I being unrealistic in trying to get this shop to be a Huper dealer? Does anybody know any other installers in OH, KY, or WV? If you couldn't get Huper Optik, then what would your next choice of film be? Ceramic brand? Metallic brand?

Thank you.

well you dont want someone to install huper on yer vehicle that has never installed it before cause it is alot different then most films. The biggest as far as installing is the thickness. It is harder to work with because it is thicker.

Huper is not the only ceramic film on the market. Llumar has a pinicle film and there is formula one aswell. I think they might be the same film but I am a flatglass installer and am not real familiar with all the automotive films. there will be some automotive installers on the way to offer some more information. I have installed ALOT of huper but like I said it is flatglass (commercial and residential).

Drive to Tupelo, MS. We stock Ceramic 40 & 50. If you don't like that, I've got Pinnacle 35. ;)

I appreciate your offer. There are two problems I have with driving farther than 2 hours to get tint. One, I don't want to put that many miles on my M3. Two, what if I need a follow-up to get rid of any bubbles, which I hear is a problem with the dot-matrix on the M3.

Would you get F1 Pinnacle 35 over Solar Guard's metallic line? I have two priorities for film. It doesn't interfere with my radar detector, and the cooling effect is amazing. That's why Huper was my first choice.

Thanks.

If I had an M3 you wouldn't be able to pry me out of it.

Screw resale value....I'm driving it.

If the horse is gonna be in the stable does it really matter that much? Any film is gonna reduce heat a decent amount, lots of long lasting films out there, almost all block 99% of UV light to protect the interior.

Roughly 13 years ago my brother installed dyed film onto a really fast TBird that gets driven very rarely. It's still as black today as it was then.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
