Got the clio rear in one peice today (for first time) with soap method, although i had a several 'practice' attempts before i went for the real one used silhouette SP05 - are there any other brands that may shrink better than this product?? Or is it all in the shrink technique purely?? be interested to know if certain brands shrink better than others, especially with tricky screens cheers in advance ps do i get a medal for tinting clio in one or is it old hat?

Geez...a clio is a piece of p1ss...try a beetle - then were talking!
When shrinking clio's just make your middle anchor higher. I normally use suntek standard film for these back windows and LLumar ATR for everything else.
I shrink most windows in soap but have never tried a clio in soap because I know i can get it first time in powder.
All good stuff

I thought the UK had major issues with the legality of films for automotive? Are you allowed 5% now? Devil

I can do in one with smoked films, but fancy ones are always trickier. this ones spliced.

clio's in one piece are the norm up here, great feeling once you crack it but as has already been said, the new beetle rear window in one is hard going,i've always been able to one piece it but damn it takes ages to shrink properly

To k-tintz, the matrix looks mint on the clio how you get it down so well i think these can be a right pain at times

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
