NEED HELP....NEVER TINTED WINDOWS BEFORE

Hey guys...I am brand new to this forum and need some help....have a couple of questions! First off....I have never had the need to tint windows before, and now I have a new car and want to sink the money into it. A couple of questions about that!

1.) I live in Reno, Nevada! Does anybody here know of a good place to get my windows done??

2.) I have heard great things about Ceramic tints...and was thinking of getting it done because of the navigation system in my car. The places I have called want twice as much money for this work! Any advice here? Is it worth it? What kind of questions should I be asking?

Sorry, I'm sure you get noob questions all the time and hopefully I'm not being a pain. Just want to do it right on my brand new car! Thanks a million guys!

Look around a little and read all the info on here you can.
Most of your quesions will have been answered in other threads.

I'm glad you decided to take it to a professional, and hope you have a good experience

also ask your friends, im sure you have some that have had their windows tinted, make sure you go to a tinter with experience!!

You can try and search around the archives of the site to find information on installation procedures but if you want your car to look good then I would suggest getting it tinted by a professional. Not saying you cant learn the trade but it will take you a long while to be proficient and do quality work.
