A big house doesnt always mean big money...

Recently did a 4200 sf house. Guy asked if I would take an out of state check since he just moved here from Florida. I thought hmm .. Looks like he's got some money and appears to be a pretty nice friendly guy, so why not. About five days later It comes back NSF (bounced like a mutha) . So I give him a call..The first thing he says is "when did you cash it" Like that should matter ...lol Anyways long story short I got paid a couple days later and all is well. I was just suprised that some people who live in nice big houses and drive nice cars dont always have the bank account to match.

Most are like everyone else the more you make the more you spend

Usually those are the ones that don't have any money theyare just living beyond there means

Actually yes this is the first time someone has actually bounced a check for $$$thousand dollars with me. Which BTW is a good thing..... I thought my 99 chevy suburban was bad lol.....

but generally, any job out there that costs big bucks or when you charge big bucks, they always try to find a way to take a longer to pay ya....believe me that!

The two bounced checks we have recieved lately..both had paper tags on new high end cars I kid you not!

I had a guy in a brand new e55 MB ($90,000) stiff me for twenty bucks

1 tire would cost more than that old school his azz

So far the only check I've had bounce was by the guy who's car was worth the 2nd most that I've gotten my hands on.

But he emailed me to let me know it was going to bounce. I guess his bank held a big deposit of his for a few days or something.

i try and look presentable. Just the Tinters standard ASTRO, but looks clean and proffesional.

There's nothing like having to fork over money to a guy that looks money. Man you feel like your're getting a good deal.
