How to keep people out of the way?

Happens about 2x a month. Called to do the store that never closes, so we go out early this sunday morning,
to avoid downtown parking nitemares and the weekday customers rushing in .

People are superstitious , they will squeeze around the ladder instead of walking under it
( they will never wait 5 minutes until we're done on the ladder).

Whats the best way to keep people out , while doing these windows above the entry doors?



Safety cones and caution tape didnt seem to work , maybe a pack of dogs next-time ?

The Club on the door handles would work well.

Yeah, I always lock the doors and tell 'em to wait, I'll be done b4 they know it!
