'03 Chevy Impala

Got one for the morning with 5% limo all around, cities cop car. Anything I need to know since I wont be able to see where I'm cutting on this one.

Oh snap I got a new cloud thingy under me name.

backglass is pretty easy, flat by todays standards, the rollups have felt and are kinda tight on the sides, dont oversize your patterns and you will be ok.

I wanna give a shout out to my nickel plated nigga mdog in da house.

Can you not take the felt trim out around the doors?

And don't wanna forget THE nickel plated nikel slammin from here to NY .. TTTTTTDDDDDDD. Thanks for the dark cloud.

not sure if the felt comes out on that car, i always tape over it.

I would, but by time I get home, I usually forget what I did all day.

I have an 03 Impala, watch the backglass, esp at the top where the Attenna is at (built into the glass). And if it's like most police package Impalas, they will have lights on the backseat deck, theirs should be easy to remove as well.

Wish the shop I took mine to removed the felt, ended up having it done 3 times before they got it right, kept leaving huge gaps on the sides or getting bits of felt trapped underneath.

Letting it dry now to see how it turns out.


*BTW, please take a picture of it when you are done, I'd like to see how it's supposed to look.

sounds like you should have taken it somewhere else.

OHHHHHHHH this car is bad about radio reception after you tint it the antenna is in the backglass MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER knows that before you tint it, so you wont be ripping it off and losing your ass

Last one that complained I told him to give it a good week to dry, it'll get better. Must have, he never called back.

well, anyway break it to the customer, and tell him thats normal, atleast you can prime him up for it.

I wonder if it's even an issue at all AFTER the film has completely cured.
