plotter help

ive been using a creation p630 and whatever i cut is being cut almost 2.5 times bigger than what i size it at on the program. is it the program or the cutter? ive also had a problem since day one with the cutter not connecting all the points. always gotta tear it or cut it before removing access vinyl after cutting and it usually looks like crap. whats up with that?

I dont know what your problem is but its got to be a plotter setting or something crazy! Its not reading what it supposed to! is this a pieced together system?

i bought the plotter and a "cr@cked version" of flexi from a guy on here and have had problems with it ever since. he said it worked for him, but i think he was bullsh*tin me. who knows.?

Look at your production mgr., be sure you know what size you are cutting the artwork.
You can adjust the size of your cut and media size there.

Some files are created on a larger format than others.
