hmmmmmmm.gif its been a while since I've done one, try to pull the rubbers on bottom or pop panels off, shouldn't be too bad that way thumb.gif good luck

Havn't Done one but i know what you talking about. The rear roll down goes down kinda funcky. But just try the seals on that yr i think that might come out if not there will be lots of screws or bolts cause its like a toyota. Rear window looks easier. not to tall. Thick defs.?
tintguy7
panels should come off, not to hard to remove, just gotta find the screws, need to clean then flush the rear rollup gasket on the side that pulls away, the rear w/s just goota watch out for blistering on the rear defrosters.thats all. beer.gif

cut the doors tight and slide it past the side rubbers on both sides. oh and yes pull the panels. prep the rear really good and make sure you get a nice flat shrink on the back to minimize bubbles on defrost

Is the 97 LS 400 the same as the 91? I have a 91 to do Wed... Wouldn't you say using 1000 grit sandpaper on those defroster lines before install would do the trick?? beer.gif

I have done it lightly with 1000 grit before and one or two BG's with no ill effect.

The 97 LS400 is the second generation LS, a little easier sides, but their known for pinching the film on the B pillar sides at the top for the front and rear roll downs. thumb.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
