Franchise Contracts

Hello All, Just wanted to see if anyone has any of these contracts....I have a partner that wants to invest and I need to write something up.....Has anyone made one of these up?

guess since my last post was pulled someone don't want you to know what the deal is with the contracts In a nut shell it "don't work!" pm me if you want to know what I really think.............

I think SS made the mistake... 1 in shop management...one in general....

My mistake, these guys I trained and nursed like babys now in my back yard drives me crazy. signed papers and did handshake like men and then...................... it's a big city here where hey could make a good living without hurting my business. Made this post yesterday but that crash wiped it out
