This is to anyone who can help a guy out..

I just got my windows tinted and I'm seeing bubbles all over my tint which is (5%).

How long until they disappear or will they disappear.

I used 3M so idk if that helps..

Any feedback would be helpful.....

Thanks

Yeah, if you have it legalon the front 2 doors, it'll dry out, if it's 5% all around, the 2 front door tint will fall off shortly orngbiggrin.gif
tint123

Sounds like a vote of "no confidence" in the guy you chose to do the work. If ya don't trust his word, WHY did ya chose him/her? dunno.gif Depending on the climate, it could take as long as a couple of months. Most MFGR's state that it takes up to 30 days to fully dry and cure. This is under Ideal conditions (IE: summer time in S. Fla) Colder weather greatly expands the dry-out time. orngbiggrin.gif On another note, God let me find one of my customers on here asking that, after I FULLY explained what to expect!!! Not just that they tell you there are bubbles, but when they call the next day, tell you there are bubbles and they have been trying to push them out and can't get rid of them. Leave it the Fkuc alone dammit! tantrum.gif

no shizzle. I had a guy come in get his windows done (its 17 deg here). Called and asked about water spots after I told him to not worry about them. Then yesterday his brother came in and got his windows done then he came in today asking about the same dang thing. I want to have a stamp that says "I DONT LISTEN" to stamp on thier forehead.

Well, with the information you provided, they will dry when they dry. Could be 3 months, could be a day.
tint123
The bubbles are an indication that the glass on the window is rejecting the
illegal film.
Eventually, the film will just fall off.

Try turning the car on and turning the heat on Superduper high defrost mode and let the car run in the driveway for about 30-45 minutes. Park a car behind it so nobody jumps in a steals it while it's running. DO NOT TURN ON YOU REAR DEFROSTER!!! Just turn the heat on! that should speed up the dry time a lil bit.

That's how I broke my windshield on my crown vic. LOL.

We had some really nasty freezing rain and I didn't feel like scrapping off 1/4" of ice.

They will be gone when the tint has fully dried!! Not a moment sooner. I tinted my house in Octber, and in July, I still had a couple of spots in the window under the overhanging porch. There is no one, or any formula that can tell you the bubbles will be gone on June 5th at 3:00pm hmmmmmmm.gif Listen to the guy who did the job, or go back, have the tint removed. Then you won't have to worry about the dryout time. Quit being so fu@kin 4|\|4L and quit worrying! You'll live longer, and enjoy life more!! mad3.gif

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
