I am making some temporary traffic control signs for a client. They are the diamond shape Truck Crossing sign and the Utility Work Ahead sign. The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices references the Series 2000 Standard Alphabet spacing chart. Does anybody know where I can get a font that has the spacing requirements built in. I found a place on the interet, but they want seven hundred and some odd dollars for it.
