Any tips on getting the rear view mirror off for a sunstrip. Its an 04 passat sedan I see no set screws or slide from underneth. just a circle about the size of a half dollar.

grab it by the base (not the mirror itself) and turn it a quarter turn.

if i remember right i would turn it counter clockwise...but i think you can turn it either way
